Ug convert part script download

Hello, Trying to convert a file from in to mm. Don't have any experience working in command prompt so the syntax is causing me some trouble. I keep getting the message "Too many files specified". Thanks in advance for any assistance. So as to save you a lot of digging, here is the single most useful piece of material see attached that you would have found at the link supplied above.

Thanks for the help everyone. I got it working and then got it working from the right-click menu in Windows Explorer thanks to the great Power Point from cowski via John Baker.

One small issue that is puzzling me: files that are located on the desktop do not work. When I right-click on a file on the desktop and choose the convert command that I have added to that menu the Command Prompt opens and after a decent amount of time I get an error message saying that it could not find the directory can't remember exact wording of the error and am at home now so can't check.

If I take this same file and place it in any other directory, either on my local drive or on a network drive, it works just fine: I right-click on the file, choose the convert command, and it executes within a few seconds. What makes the Desktop different? I assume that if I run a part from an earlier version through the converter utility in the NX7.

Is this correct? Thanks again for the help getting this working. Attached is a neat utility someone else created for converting part units. Attached is another version for converting part units. RE: How To Run UG Convert The file mentioned above is the company's mm unit seed part so has no features, I need to create an inch unit version of it I want to use the metric seed part as there has been some work done on a standard layer set up etc and I'd like the mm and inch versions of the start part to keep layers etc common between the 2 versions.
